As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, we can perform warranty and out of warranty repairs on your Mac. Your warranty covers both parts and labor for qualifying hardware issues. Software issues are not covered under warranty. Go here for more information about Apple warranties. If your Mac is covered under the standard 1 year warranty and you would like to extend your coverage to a total of 3 years, you can purchase AppleCare through us.

When bringing a computer in to our shop for repair, you should bring the power adapter if you have a notebook or if your computer uses a non-standard power cord. If there is a possibility that software will need to be reloaded, we recommend you bring your software discs to ensure we have the correct software to reload on your computer. There is no need to bring your keyboard, mouse or other accessories unless you are having problems with those.
